《妹妹1995》是一部喜剧 类型喜剧片讲述的是妹妹1995 Martijn visits, after several years without contact, his sister Daantje. Daantje, just started to live on her own in Amsterdam. He tells her he is going to make a documentary from Daantje's live. Martijn enters her live with a videocamera. This creates a tension between Daantje and her brother, because he want to recall something which happend between them in the past. To keep Martijn at a distance Daantje starts a relation with Ramon. Then Martijn gets between them. He manage to talk her over to remember and talk over the things happend when they were kids. This helps him to overcome his obsession for his sister and after playing over the history he finally is able to see her without the videocamera like he did during the whole movie.
